Because they’re the ones who brought out the true colors of your significant other. Once you thank them, let them know you can do so much better and that you’re giving your significant other to the less fortunate and the grimy, which applies to the homewreckers. Because if your significant other truly wanted you and the relationship, she would have never let any guy or girl come in between. Such love should be stronger than that. Can you believe it? It’s already been a year!! :) Our love has grown over this past year. Our bond has been getting stronger everyday. Yeyeye damn girl, its been a year! One whole year full of laughter, fun times, bad times, fights, love, just everything;we’ve been through it all and we’re still sailing smooth. Nowadays, I see too many girls wasting all their time searching or waiting for a prince/knight in shining armor/superman, when in reality, all of these fantasies are not always the “sexy” guy who is tough and macho. Its not the one that reaches the mountains, who fights for mankind or gets across the seas. It’s really the guy that is tough and macho enough to stay with you. The one who does not reach the mountain but rather reaches your heart. Does not fight for mankind, but rather fights for your relationship. Does not get across the seas but rather gets across how much he loves and cares about you. That’s the best prince/knight in shining armor/superman you could ever ask for and ladies, if you have him, don’t take him for granted, be grateful and cherish him.
I asked my lovely girlfriend out eleven months ago. We have a very special type of a relationship; one where its not perfect but its just something perfect for us, if that makes sense. To be more specific, we joke around with eachother like bestfriends, we argue like we hate eachother’s guts, and we love like no one has ever did before. Like most relationships, we go through all the unwanted hard times, but no matter what ends up happening, at the end of the day, we know we truly love eachother and thats what’s keeps our relationship going, our love. We may pick on eachother sometimes, fight about something pointless, be happy one second and be mad the next, but for every single second, no matter how things are going, deep down, I know that I’ll still love her because for every rough time, its not only my pride getting hurt, shes suffering too. And I’m just grateful for a girlfriend willing to go through all that pain and at the end of the day, still want to be with me…I couldn’t ask for much more, I’m truly too lucky for that. I’m lucky for her and I’m sure she feels the same way. It’s the love that pulls us through and I guess that pretty much sums up my relationship for you.
